Day Five: If you fully and unapologetically trusted your intuition, write about the next step you would take in your life tomorrow, this year, and within the next ten years.
Day Ten: Write about the ways you have compromised your authenticity to fit into someone else’s version of success, happiness, or peace. Consider important events or situations from your teen, young adult, and adult years.
Day Nineteen: Write about what it would feel like to live a life where you are completely misunderstood by others but fully aligned with and trusting of yourself.
Day Twenty-Nine: Write about the people or systems you are trying to please by holding back your true desires or staying silent about opinions and values you hold. Write a letter to those people or systems, stating everything you wish you had the courage to say aloud.
