PDF: Thirty Days of Gratitude: The Good, Bad, Beautiful, and Ugly
This isn’t your typical gratitude journal.
Thirty Days of Gratitude invites you to reflect on and process the full spectrum of what leads to true gratitude: yes, the good and beautiful parts of life, but also the bad and ugly ones, too. Because the warmth and sun wouldn’t feel so bright if it weren’t for the dark and cold.
With an equal mix of prompts focused on the good&beautiful and the bad&ugly, you have an opportunity to reflect on the parts of your story that have shaped you and paved the pathway toward becoming the person you are today. They will help you honor the past, cherish the present, and create an intentional and joyful future.
Thirty Days of Gratitude is perfect for those who long to have a deeper understanding of genuine gratitude - one in which they know that struggle often leads to a more refined, purposeful, and joyful perspective of this wild adventure called life.

In light of the words of Napolean Hill, “Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of a greater or equal benefit,” we applaud you for your willingness to be honest about struggles and appreciate the whole spectrum of gratitude.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PONDER QUESTIONS SUCH AS:
Day Five: Write about the little parts of your day or week that you love the most.
Day Twelve: Write about a time you “failed.” What did you learn and how did that experience impact future decisions?
Day Nineteen: Envision yourself in a moment of pure bliss, joy, aliveness, and authenticity. Write about what you’re doing.
Day Twenty-Seven: Write about an experience when you felt scared and out of your comfort zone but resulted in deep feelings of gratitude and a greater connection with yourself.
