Day One: Write about what “taking back your power” means to you. What does it look like in action? What does a person who is “in their power” do, say, and think?
Day Six: We give away our power by letting others’ perceptions of us keep us caged. How are you trying to control the perception of others and what impact does this have on your confidence, authenticity, and boldness?
Day Seventeen: In what areas of your life do you avoid conflict with the hope of “keeping the peace”? Dig deeper by trying to uncover the root of that behavior: what do you fear will happen if you get into conflict?
Day Nineteen: What do you need to be unapologetically unwavering about if you are going to live a bold and authentic life?
