Day Three: Reflect on births you’ve witnessed in the past (either in real life or on television). Write about how they are influencing your emotions and ideas about labor and birth.
Day Nine: A key aspect of birth preparation is learning how to regulate your nervous system. Write about the tools and strategies you know help your body stay calm, grounded, and feeling safe.
Day Fourteen: Write about the mental shift of pain as harmful versus pain as productive.
Day Twenty-Five: Finish and expand on the following sentence: “As labor and birth approaches, I know that I can trust myself to ___________.”
