PDF: Thirty Days of Cultivating Reverence
Thirty Days of Cultivating Reverence is an experience that will pierce the depths of every cell in your body as you intentionally create space for reflecting, imagining, and connecting. This journal is for people who love to think deeply, explore the unexplorable, and immerse themselves in spaces that make them feel tiny and expansive in the same breath.
Designed in collaboration with yoga teacher and retreat coordinator, Jenni Davel, the prompts will guide you to consider the people, places, things, and activities that fill your mind, body, and spirit with wonder, joy, and even a little fear because they’re just so. freaking. incredible.
You are invited to honor and revere both nature and humanity and innately see the thread that connects every living creature around you. You’ll leave journal sessions feeling a deep sense of wonder, compassion, and genuine love.
Who doesn’t need a little bit of that?

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PONDER QUESTIONS SUCH AS:
Day Two: Write about anything and everything that gives you feelings of profound wonder, awe, and sacredness.
Day Eight: Write about how it would feel to be deeply revered by another person. With as much detail as possible, describe how interactions, connections, and conversations would look, sound, and feel.
Day Ten: Write about the little parts of your day when you could be more mindful of the beauty around you. Think back to the last 24 hours and reflect on the missed opportunities for appreciation, gratitude, and awe.
Day Twenty-One: Write a letter to your body from a state of profound reverence, wonder, and gratitude.
