Day One: What is the best thing someone could say to you and/or describe you as? Reflect on the ultimate compliment that someone could give you and write about what that might tell you about your values.
Day Three: What are the three most pivotal moments of your life so far? Reflect on the most important events or seasons that have resulted in the greatest transformation. Who were you before and who are you now?
Day Fifteen: Write about what aliveness looks and feels like in your body, mind, and soul. who are you when you are embracing your vitality?
Day Twenty-Three: Write about the parts of yourself that you are proud of and the parts of yourself that you are disappointed or frustrated with. Write a letter to the “proud” parts and a letter to the “frustrating” parts.
