YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PONDER QUESTIONS SUCH AS:
Day Two: Write about and process what true health, balance, and wellness look like from your perspective. If you are really honest with yourself, are your current habits healthy or sustainable?
Day Five: For many people, the desire to control food and body is linked to a feeling of lack of control elsewhere in life. Write about the areas of your life where you might be feeling a lack of control and if you feel this is contributing to your food and body challenges.
Day Fifteen: Write about how your daily routines and habits influence your relationship with food; ie., your career, workplace, friends, hobbies, and the content you consume.
Day Twenty: Write about the physical, mental, financial, and relational consequences of your unhealthy and/or dysfunctional relationship with food and your body.
Day Twenty-Nine: Dream about a day with total and complete food and body freedom; what would you do, how would you move, what would you eat, and how would you feel if you had zero concern about food or your body?
