Not every journal prompt is heavy, hard, or vulnerable. Some are inspiring, encouraging, entertaining, and motivating. They will help you connect with yourself, gain a deep awareness of the ways other humans have touched your heart and life, and strengthen relationships with those you love. As always, this journal is entirely confidential (if you choose); you have the opportunity to give yourself time, permission, and authority to deeply reflect, imagine, feel, create, dig, and let go. Healing is on the other side of analyzing, accepting, and releasing. Connecting is on the other side of vulnerability and authenticity.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PONDER QUESTIONS SUCH AS:
Day Three: Write a letter to the person you thought you would be at this age.
Day Eleven: Write a letter to the parts of you that make you feel the most insecure.
Day Nineteen: Write a letter to the person who makes you laugh the hardest.
Day Twenty-Six: Write a letter to everyone, saying exactly what you wish you could say to the world.
