PDF: Thirty Days of Doing the Work After Relationship Burnout

$12.00

Thirty Days of Doing the Work After Relationship Burnout is a guided journal for the person who realizes the relationship didn’t fall apart overnight—and that rebuilding trust will take more than apologies, urgency, or promises to change.

This journal was created specifically for the partner who is struggling to give the space their burned-out partner is asking for—and wants guidance on how to use that space productively instead of reacting from fear, urgency, or panic.

Rather than focusing on how to convince, pressure, or “win” their partner back, the thirty prompts will help you turn inward: to reflect, grow, regulate, and become a more grounded, emotionally safe person to reconnect with—if your partner chooses to return to the relationship.

This journal also includes a before-you-begin self-assessment to establish a baseline for your current mindset, behaviors, and emotional patterns and a final self-assessment to reflect on the changes you’ve made throughout the process.

This is not a guide to “winning someone back” through pressure, persuasion, or perfect words. It’s a process for becoming more emotionally safe, self-aware, accountable, and secure—regardless of the outcome of the relationship. Because sometimes doing the work repairs the relationship. And sometimes doing the work changes your life.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PONDER QUESTIONS SUCH AS:

Day One: Write about the moment you realized your partner was actually stepping away — what did you see in them and what did you feel internally?

Day Five: Write about the difference between pursuing from anxiety versus pursuing from grounded intention; how does your partner likely perceive each kind of pursuit?

Day Thirteen: Write about what it means to rebuild trust slowly, rather than trying to “fix everything” quickly; how do you wish the timeline would look versus how do you know it will likely look?

Day Twenty-Three: Write about what you would want your partner to feel when they interact with you now.
